On Saturday, we have learned about a coffee roasted machine (ecological-friendly!) There is possibility to set up a different range of temperature and time to get a roasted coffee the way you want!
Here we are in the shop that produce those equipment.
We just got the freshest roasted coffee grains!
The grains should be sorted first by size before roasting process.
At the office with the owner of the company (second from the right). His desire is to sell some coffee roasting machine to the contractors who would be willing to sell roasted coffee and put about half of their profit for building and running an orphanage in Bogota, Colombia.
