Our new home

The Lord has called us to do missions work around the world. During the last two years, we ministered in Russia, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, and the United States. We sold our house in Erie, PA back in May of 2007, packed all the household stuff in a self-storage for 5 months, and went to Russia.

After that, we rented an apartment for 9 months, and then we used a self-storage unit for 5 month again to save some on rent. Then we rented another apartment and kept all the boxes just in case we’d need them.

We prayed for a new place to live, so we’d be able to rest between our missions’ trips instead of boxing and re-boxing our stuff.

God brought us to Knoxville, TN and blessed us there with a "new house"!

Yuriy’s brother lives in Knoxville, TN and has helped us to remodel it.

The low price allowed us to close in 2 weeks.

This is how it was in the beginning.

Remodeling in progress!

After 2 weeks of hard work (sometimes up to 15 hours a day for two of us) it became a nice place to stay. Plus, Yuriy's brother Radion helped a lot with remodeling.

We removed a wall between the living room and kitchen and made an open space. We are planning to use our home for a small group connection. You are welcome to visit us when we are in the States.

After three weeks of hard work, it looks nice. We love our new home! Praise God for bringing us to this lovely place!

Welcome to our home at 2714 Barton Street!
